I’m a tourist and I have won a prize, can I redeem it?
No. This promotion is limited to Singapore residents with a valid NRIC or FIN number. Only eligible participants can take part in The MONOPOLY Game and claim prizes.
What’s the difference between a game label and a game piece?
A game label is what you receive when you purchase a meal at any McDonald’s® restaurant, McCafé®, or via McDelivery®. When you peel open the game label, you will see TWO game pieces. The individual game piece determines how you play and what you win.
How do I take part in The MONOPOLY Game?
It’s easy. All you have to do is purchase Extra Value Meal™ / McCafé® Set Meal to qualify and you’ll receive game labels. The number of game labels issued varies with the type of meal purchased.
Extra Value Meals™ and Upsized Extra Value Meals™ purchased through McDelivery® receive the same number of game labels as Extra Value Meals™ purchased at McDonald’s® restaurants and Drive-Thru.
Bundle meals are only available for purchase via McDelivery®.

What is “Collect To Win”?
If you receive a game piece printed with a colour bar, property name, and a serial number (beginning with the Golden Arches “”), it’s a Collect To Win game piece.

What is “Instant Win”?
If you have a game label printed with “Instant Win”, you win the prize immediately. There are two types of prizes that you can win, either McDonald’s® food prizes or Partner prizes.

What is “Chance Card”?
A Chance Card game piece gives you an additional chance to win prizes. Simply register the game piece code number on chance.mcdwin.com to enter the Weekly Draws to stand a chance to win one of five NETS FlashPay cards, each with a S$500 pre-loaded value, given out in the Weekly Draws. There will be a total of 40 prizes in 8 weekly draws.
Additionally, all unclaimed Collect To Win prizes will be entered into the prize pool of Final Prize Draw. Registered Chance Card entries that have not won in the Weekly Draws will automatically be entered into this Final Prize Draw.

Only McDonald’s Instant Win prizes can be redeemed at McDonald’s® restaurants. Prizes should be claimed before 23:59 hrs 31 December 2016 during the hours the product is served, as printed on the Instant Win game piece.

Instant Win Partner prizes and discount vouchers
Partner prizes (except S$2 OFF & S$1 OFF at McDonald’s® / McCafé® with payment by NETS or NETS FlashPay prizes, which have to be claimed at McDonald’s® / McCafé®) can only be redeemed at Partners’ retail outlets/website. These Partners’ prizes cannot be redeemed at McDonald’s® restaurants. Validity of Instant Win Partner prizes can be found on the Instant Win game pieces.

Is there a limit to the number of prizes I can win?
No. There isn’t a limit to the number of prizes you can win. However, registered Chance Card codes that have been drawn in a Weekly Draw will be removed from the following Weekly Draws or Final Prize Draw. If you have registered more than ONE Chance Card code, the codes that have not been drawn are still valid and you are eligible to win more than one Weekly Draw / Final Draw prizes.

What happens to prizes unclaimed or not won by anyone?
Collect To Win prizes unclaimed and not won by 6 January 2017 will be entered into the prize pool of the Final Prize Draw. This draw is open to anyone who has registered the 11-digit code found on one’s Chance Card game piece. Please note that Final Prize Draw prizes do not include Instant Win McDonald’s® food prizes and Instant Win Partner prizes.

Are the prizes transferable?
All prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed by the registered winner in person. For example: If you won the Star Cruises Family Holiday, you must be one of the travellers.
If I have a damaged game piece, can I use it to claim the prize?
No. Game pieces will become void if they are torn, defaced, damaged, counterfeit, a photocopy, incomplete or illegible.
Also, if they have been offered for sale or claimed, made in respect of it by an ineligible person, they will not be accepted.

Is it a must to stick the game pieces to the Game Board?
No, it is not compulsory to stick the game pieces to the Game Board. It just makes it easier to complete the full set as it shows you the different game pieces needed to win different Collect To Win prizes. Plus, it’s an easy way to retrieve your game pieces and keep them safe.
If I’ve already attached / glued my winning game piece onto the Game Board, do I need to remove them before submitting for verification?
No, you do not need to. You may submit the Game Board together with the winning game pieces attached. However, please remove the other game pieces from the Game Board so you can continue collecting the other property game pieces to win more prizes.
